Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only, and all prices are in US dollars.

Shipping options

You can choose Standard or Express shipping at checkout. Both are priced by your address, and you will see the exact amount before you pay. Express costs more and requires a phone number for the carrier.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more. The discount is applied automatically, so there is no code to enter. If you choose Express on one of those orders, the same discount comes off the Express rate and a small balance remains to pay.

How long it takes

Your order is prepared before it ships. Once it is on its way, Standard takes 3–4 business days in transit and Express takes 1–3 business days. You will get a tracking link the moment it ships, and that is when those times start.

Transit times vary with the carrier, and holiday peaks stretch them.

Lost or late packages

If tracking has stopped moving, or it has been far longer than you would expect, email merch@knifeballleague.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel is genuinely lost, replace the order.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us as quickly as you can and we will do what we can. Orders move into fulfilment quickly, and once yours has we generally cannot change the size or the address, or cancel it.
